Breezy blocking

I cannot wait to infuse my wardrobe with pops of bright spring and summer colors this season. The neons, pinks, and blues have such a refreshing look that all I can think of is lounging on a beach with the wind slowly lapping at my clothes. Since the balmy tropics aren't exactly in my backyard, I decided to take this inspiration and mirror it in an outfit for an impromptu dinner date. The loose fuchsia top paired nicely with a pair of wide legged white trousers, making the outfit fit perfectly into my favorite style of billowy shapes paired with a bit of structure. Even the backdrop did a good job of fulfilling my love of color, while the breeze (although a little nippy) added the perfect flutter to my outfit. Best of all, the thrifted pieces cost less than any resort getaway could cost.
