I'm excited to announce that this week I'm holding another giveaway! This time it is an amazing necklace by the design duo behind Angel Court. Angela and Courtney create each of their unique jewelry pieces by hand using vintage and modern elements which they source from a number of local and international spots. Their designs have been featured in numerous magazines, on TV, and on stage. I will be giving away their popular Serpent Necklace which has vintage Swarovski crystal eyes, a bronzed chain, and is the perfect statement piece for any outfit. The serpent icon is also a symbol of wisdom, life, and eternity...a favorite of Elizabeth Taylor.

I follow your blog! Ah this necklace is so fun and unique. LOOOVE IT. i would use this necklace to jazz up any plain shirt. Even better would be to wear it with a flowy tank top tucked into a high waisted skirt with some killer heels and this AWESOME necklace.
ReplyDeleteI'm a follower and I follow Angel Court on Pinterest! Gorgeous necklace! Definitely a fun piece to wear alone or layered! :)

ReplyDeleteOf course I follow you (on your blog and twitter- tweet tweet!) I also following Angel Court on twitter and facebook now. This necklace is so rad- would totally pair with with leather leggings, an oversized sweater and studded boots! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Jacyln, I think I started following all the way back when Kendi had her 30 for 30 challenge, but I don't remember for sure. The necklace is badass. I can picture wearing it with a striped shirt, a mini skirt, tights, and booties! I'd probably just wear it with anything monochromatic so that the necklace would pop against it.
ReplyDeletethank you so much for visiting my blog and i'm glad that you did because i don't know how i would've discovered you otherwise. you can definitely tell that you're artistic and a designer :) i'm a new follower!
ReplyDeletethe necklace... it's pretty amazing! it's definitely a statement piece and i'm envisioning it with my new little black dress, that i'm planning on wearing for my birthday :)

As did Elizabeth Taylor & her classic serpent bracelet, I would wear this piece against a solid top so as to not distract from it's uniqueness! As with Taylor's bracelet, this piece is a stylish homage to Elizabeth Taylor and her great beauty!
ReplyDeleteThe above comment is mine & I follow you on your blog...Love it!
ReplyDeleteSorry, it didn't update my name...
ReplyDeleteHello there,
ReplyDeleteI just started following you on twitter and your blog and I follow Angelcourt on twitter and facebook. Love reading all they have to offer and I feel confident I'll feel the same about you.
I work in a very professional work setting. Though, you can always have fun mixing styles. I would work this piece with a pretty fitted shirt. You would never expect to see a snake around my neck!!
I follow your blog and now that you have introduced me to Angel Court, I follow them on twitter and facebook. Amazing stuff! I just recently started wearing statement necklaces (although unique, designed jewelry has been something I have been into forever). I have a new teaching position and I decided that my "style" would be simple skirt and shirt with an accent, whether it be bold tights or a statement necklace. This necklace would get a lot of use.. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat post. Love your blog. Following.
