I love weekends that allow for leisurely breakfasts, open days, and long afternoons, but once Sunday evening passes, it's back to the rush early Monday morning. I would love to extend that homemade breakfast moment a little longer during the week and for me that means paying extra attention to the display of everything. Using a vibrant tray in bed and pretty floral plates, instead of a quick meal in the living room before running out the door, are a few ways to savor a quiet morning during the week. Add great glasses and a colorful way to enjoy your coffee and the work week seems much more manageable after a mini weekend-style breakfast.
Well, I wouldn't mind getting breakfast in bed with these items (not that I ever mind getting breakfast in bed :))
