Summer isn't over yet, but everyone's conversations are turning to Fall and even the weather is starting to show its signs of changing. While I'm sad to say goodbye to the sunny days, I'm looking forward to crisper air, layers, and of course...a but of a wardrobe refresher. I've noticed my clothes tending heavily towards the bright side and while I can't give up a good pop of color, I'm anxious to start mixing in the deep tones that were once my staples. The color everywhere is of course the lovely sounding ox blood, but looking past the name and into the richness of the tone a versatile color appears. Monochromatic outfits along with heavy textured pieces like brocade and embroidery are a few of the pieces I'm hoping to find. Paired with whimsical pieces of jewelry and a touch of floral, a deeply toned outfit seems playful and colorful, while remaining a standout Fall look.
